To show the program version select the menu Help → About LoopMaster.

Click the button Close or press ENTER to close the window.
Select Version or License to open the standard web browser and display the corresponding documents.
The online Help is divided into two parts: the context help and the complete online help. If you hover the mouse cursor over a operating element for a short time, a brief explanation will be depicted.
If you need more help, start a full text search using the menu Help → Help Contents or press F1.
Some dialogs include direct link to the corresponding help topic.
You can open user manuals directly from the LoopMaster program. To do so you have 2 possibilities:
1) Opening the detector manual for currently used detector by selecting Manuals → Open Detector Manual from the menu.
2) Listing all available manuals in the currently used language by selecting Manuals → List detector manuals... from the menu. The following dialog appears:
After confirmation with OK the manual will open.
For most screen elements (such as Toolbar buttons) there is a context-sensitive help. The context help is opened by right-clicking on the item and then selecting Help.
Afterwards, the online help opens with the appropriate topic.
The menu Help → Supported Detectors opens the following dialog:
Here, all supported types of detectors are listed according to their field of application. If you are using a detector type not listed, please contact the support.
LoopMaster offers an easy way to contact support. Use the menu Help → Contact Support to open the following dialog:
Then select the appropriate topic matching your needs from the list. Depending on the selection, an email is generated, which may also contain some attachments. Not all email programs support this function and you might be prompted to attach the files manually.
These attachments help to provide a fast and reliable support and should thus be sent in any case to avoid additional questions.
