Some settings can be changed directly in the menu Settings:
Offline Mode: Changes LoopMaster to Online/Offline mode. In offline mode you can edit saved parameter files.
View Mode: Changes the types of parameters shown in parameter views.
Language: Changes the program language. Changes are activated after restart.
The following chapters describe additional settings.
Use the menu Settings → Communication settings to open the following dialog:
In the dialog, all available COM ports are automatically listed and the serial port and baud rate can be selected.. Changing these settings resets LoopMaster.
By default, when the program starts, the last valid configuration is loaded. If it is no longer available, no interface is selected!
Use the menu Settings → Terminal → Terminal Settings to open the following dialog:
Terminal Size:
Width of the terminal lines in number of characters.
Buffer size:
Buffer size of the terminal. Valid values within the range of 1 to 65536 digits.
Display options:
Display options are the visibility of the terminal area, the visibility of the input field and the automatic line break. If automatic line break is enabled, all characters that exceed the specified width the line is automatically wrapped. Otherwise a scrollbar is used.
Use the menu Settings → Notification Settings to open the following dialog:
The user will see the notifications selected in this dialog. .
